Solved🙁 please, someone help me. :(

When i was logging in to my own account, I just wrote my user name and password and pressed enter.
then i doubled clicked on uk server 1 then i was shocked as it told me your block
has been blocked perm.
if anyone knows a way that can unblock me please tell me.
