There are more apps than what is on the appstore, they can be downloaded and installed native to any android device unlike iOS

Agreed to the fullest, even though I'm an Apple fanboy. The iPad Mini is so fucking useless, I'd rather get the iPod Touch 5 or something..., but the iPad Mini has 4G so... :|

OT: Considering I'm an Apple fanboy as stated previously, I'd choose the iPad.

No, you have to use the app store for iOS devices. The only way to circumnavigate this is to jailbreak your iPod.

OT: I have no problem with Apple Devices, cause i have an iPod Touch 4G & iPhone 4S...

it overheats a bit quick imo.

Sounds like every Compact Electronic Device I've ever owned... 11.6" Netbook, 10.1" Laptop, 15.6" Notebook, they all overheat at some point...
