[Failed to Patch :20120601,Please reinstall the lastest game] Problem???
Open the launcher up then press the gears next to the minimize and close button. After this a window will pop up, press the button at says repair client. Then try re-patching. If that doesn't work, uninstall LoL and re-install it.

did you try doing the repair? Also, have you tried asking anyone on the LoL forums, they might be able to enlighten you.
