You need to tick "Enable connecting to production servers" when building your client or you'll only get the testing servers

I guess my only advice would be confirm your running AssembleeGameClient1353469966-mod.swf (which you say you are but I figured I would mention the file name to be safe). If it doesn't solve your problem, perhaps redownload the mod selector and throw it in a directory that has no spaces and try again?

I kept trying to run the jar and bat file and neither one would open. I tried every fix and none had any effect. What a piece of shit.

I'll just go download one of the other thousands of hacks...

when downloading, even google chrome gives warnings that this file is malicious and WILL harm your computer.

There are virus scans on the original post. They came up clean. When Chrome labels a file malicious, I don't think it is scanning the file. The malicious tag probably comes from the file name (having .net.zip) or the site it was downloaded from.

can you please make a client to where we can just download it cause for me this does not work at all

Do as @BananaNation said or if you want to play on testing select "allow playing with dated client".

@megalike you are playing on testing server. You need to select the "Enable connecting to production servers"

when will this be updated? not working for me cause of 6.0.1

@Maffy22, check the two posts above yours. I general, I don't update simply because the testing server has a new build. I update on new production server builds that add significant content.
