I get that alot too... and I don't think is a modem problem cause I get it on other computers too.
Security error #2048 happens on 2 instances:
1. Client cannot connect to server.Remedy: Restart browser, then modem.
2. (Hexed Clients)Protocols have changed. Download a newer version of the hexed client.
All doubts clear??
Happens to me when I'm lagging too much, connectivity issues most likely.
Happened to me too. Fixed it instantly when i removed "127.0.0.1 ec2-50-19-47-160.compute-1.amazonaws.com" from my host file.
but now i can't use OryxDom
well it goes to a proxy so yes it would be laggy as hell
Ur sending Ur rotmg signal to this proxy which is probably overloaded and laggy
or
it just has to get the signal back
ethier way its the proxy ur using for rotmg/ dom
***edit***
it might be casue that kabam found out.
or that the proxy is down .
I've ran into this error but usually it fixes itself. I just wait for it to try and reconnect again and it works. I never had to reset my modem... At worst I'll need to restart the client but this is rare.
i cant build the swf anymore >_<?!?!?!?!
I'm getting Error 2048 too. Can someone please help?
