Macro: R;mouse scroll down; mouse scroll up

Hey guys i wonder if anyone is able to help me make a macro for me basically to make a pump action shotgun to automated. The sequence for it is basically to shoot the shotgun, reload and switch weapons quickly back to the shotgun and shoot again. The shooting speed can go faster than the rate of fire than a AA12. So i wonder if anyone can help make a macro of R;mouse scroll up;mouse scroll down when you press x. I really hope someone can make a macro for me or atleast tell me how to make one
