DayZ Building Spawn Script [Request]

Hey guys, I use a few vehicle scripts for building spawning when making bases.
Problem is most of them spawn in random locations around the player making precise base building difficult.
Does anyone have a script that would spawn the building in front of the player, its centre being 2-3 metres in front and using the same rotation much like when placing Sandbags and Barbed wire. This would make it easier for people to place forts and barricades, rather than the random location of other ones.

Also, I play on my own hosted server so BE isn't an issue for me and I don't hack on public servers I don't own. (I'm one of those guys when given power I tend to help, so I usually get shot on sight most of the time for being a hacker ._.)

Well yeah, I looked around a bit and didn't find anything. Apologies if this is a repost or anything, its 2AM here and I can't sleep.

But yeah, If someone can post a script they know or even make one it would be much appreciated. Not turning my server on until I have something to finish my base.

If you're using Bliss, there is a custom package for adding houses permanently to the server.

Hosting with Vilayer, server private with no battleye. More looking for something to spawn the other stuff like helipads and bunkers for a military base.

You could ask them if the package with buildings are available, or you might be able to install it yourself. I don't know!

All buildings are already available (Except for certain ones) to spawn using vehicle spawning scripts. I don't want them placed permanently, but instead spawn them when I decide to make bases. What I need is a vehicle spawning script that places the spawned object or vehicle about 5 metres in front of the plater.
