0-9 are your colors given by the resistor color code chart.
Here's a sample of a resistor.
Color Code is: Red, Green, Brown
Red = 2, so write 2.
Green = 5, so add 5, now we have 25
Brown = 1, its our multiplier, so we add 1 zero
and we have 250 ohms. So first 2 colors, write their numerical value, then the third color is the number of zeroes you write after.
