well from what I can see from his posts, he's flamed another member and posted an external link for hacks (pretty much advertising aswell) .

Don't mind the flame. There was a link that you posted. You broke down the link like this. This is just an example: m p g h . n e t
You can't bypass the MPGH Filter.

My statement that you replied to isn't void because of user ignorance. If common sense doesn't prevail before a user willingly does something then he has no right to complain about the penalties.
