[HELP] My hands stuck!

Okay well when I go on photoshop it switches to the hand and it messes up and stays as that and it wont let me switch, its like my jackoff hand I get it out and I cant put it away!!! Ive tried restarting ps, but nothing ive tried works! HELP!

try reinstalling it

restart ur computer

well.....tmi anyway.

Use shift+t, than the type tool will come up, and you can choose anything you want again.

Press v and it shows the arrow not that gay hand :0
