Includes and libraries needed for certain types of hacks. DirectX is for the creation of menu hacks and the s2s files are for server to server hacks (eg anti kick, instant respawn, chat spam etc.)

It's kinda like needing specific plugins to do certain things in photoshop. Well sort of anyways.
