Vehicle spawn script question

So, first off. I have a vehicle spawn script that works. Not locally, works globally so I can spawn vehicles for people.

It comes with a menu with tons of different vehicles I can spawn, tanks, planes, choppers.

My question is: Why can't I spawn some vehicles?

I went to the Arma 2 website and got the vehicle names I wanted, but when I run the script nothing shows up. Only a select few vehicles.

The one vehicle I really wanna spawn is the scud launcher I seen in a video.

Tanks and most armed vehicles are banned from the game (thus can't be spawned).
You are only able to spawn thest (classnames; i hope lockdown won't mind me pasting it in here):

Monky Menu has it and one more out there being passed around has it. It also allows me to spawn a few more vehicles than you posted. It depends on which map I am on it allows me to spawn different vehicles.

My vehicle menu is different each map. On Taviana I can spawn tanks, but chernarus I can't.

Monky menu is probably the best right now, as it actually lets you morph other people into stuff. Search around out there and you can find it for free, or you can go buy it like a lot of people have.
