It is definitely against the rules.
No virus scans for one and i think the only outside links allowed is for images.

abuckau907 has your answer. All you really needed todo was google the error.
And you can't compare your trainer with CE. Dark Byte wrote his read/write memory from scratch i believe.
From the error, looks like you dont have the correct access rights.
