Hey there all. I would just like to know if this hack is still SAFE to use? Will I get banned?

It works, but youll have to reset all your levels, stats and shit if u wanna keep playing MP.

It is never completely safe. But you can always take a look at the sticky in this section or the last pages in the release thread and see what people say.
VAC or TAC hasn't detected it yet as far as I know though.
