@mael188 you toggle it on and off with the same key that you toggle auto-fire on and off. "i" by default.

Whenever i click build nothing happens and it doesnt build anything

For those who can't open the jar-file I have a solution, I couldn't open it either on this laptop for some reason.
That reason is usually a "damaged" java installation, might work to almost a 100% but at some point it is bound to break itself, and in my case it even rendered me unable to update because of several issues, then I just remembered something that I've used before and also that just recently updated and I can highly suggest you guys using it!
JavaRa, it will fix the most common issues, it fixed mine, allowed me to successfully re-install java-re. and the java update.
After that (took me about 5 minutes tops, I didn't even bother counting, that's how fast) it worked like a charm and I can now run jar files again.

is there a way to dupe with this?
There's no effective, consistent way of duping. Meaning that you can dupe but the chances of it happening over and over again are low and not worth your time. I've only duped once and it was by accident.
i only mean this as a question because i know that i am not capable to do any of this but would we by any chance be able to expect the return of dev controls?
I can give it a shot, no promises though. I've never had any interest in dev keys so I didn't even try to update them.

I've been on a hiatus so I don't know what that is, what is the devkey thing?

Dev Hotkeys - These are testing hot-keys that were programmed in by the devs but disabled on release. Most are not very useful. Here is a list of them:
F2 - turn off ui
F3 - plays with viewing distance (widescreen?)
F4 - toggles chat bubbles/damage and things like that
F6 - projectile color
F7 - blend on ground (blocky or smooth)
F8 - enable s urvey
F9 - turn drawing of all projectiles off
F12 - chat type test

I have done exactly what the threads have said to do, with no results. I've updated java, run only the .jar file extracted to clear path with no spaces. i have managed to make a clean mod file but it's just that clean(no mods, no anything. but it works) any thoughts on how to fix that problem?
If you are opening the .bat you should see an error message.
