ReloadAnimRatio Is For WeaponMgr
And There is alot of other strings
they are just using it with a value
we are taking the string addy or pointer and change it's value so we can hook it like the knife it's real value is 0.0f we changing it to 3.0f for example to make it more speeder

they are used to get valus from bute files (located inside rb001.rez i think)
