A raffle for UAV hack

I'm planning on making an UAV hack raffle. The max number of winners will be 10 people.

The hack as the name suggest, is an UAV hack that displays enemies in red and shows HP, name and if specified goggles are equiped then also the number of meters you are away from the soldier.
The winners will have to give me thier IGN to help me keep this hack private.

I'm yet need to think how this will go but I need permission from the minions here to do this.
The hack will be sent to the winners' inbox here on the forums(Via a PM).
There will be also an unique password protection for each winner. The hack itself will demand this.
The activation of the hack is by a key. One time you press for activation and the other is for disabling.
The hack will need to be started before the game has been loaded.
It will be compitable for 32bit systems but you'll have to know how to disable xsherlock services.

I think the raffle will rely on numbers, meaning I'll say to give a number between 1 and 1000 after a period of time the raffle will be closed and I'll randomize 10 numbers via this site here: RANDOM.ORG - True Random Number Service
And the closest number for each randomized number that will be given by this random number service will be the winner.

Edit: It will start soon, I assume 3-4 days. That is if the minions here approve of this.

No. The hack won't connect to the internet. It will rely on a password and the IGN=In Game Name of the of the account. Ccman's name changer won't work on it.

No. I don't want the responsibility of updating the hack.
But the hack itself is made to withstand updates to the game.

Oh Great.. But One Question. You Make This UAV Private. But You Can Make A One Different Like The Old One For The Public? Or UAV Paid. Because Its Injust 10 Persons Can Use It. So Make The Private And One For The Public Or Paid. Please Its Good Idea

I'k still not sure if I'll make the hack as a one file that will for all the winners or one unique per winner.
