loading maps depends most on hdd speed

and a lil bit of RAM

but it could be that you are loading the maps to slow, so you get kicked out of the game try lowering your settings to everything lowest it should pseed up the loading of the map if I am right ( just do windowed mode and resolution to 800x600 ) just to try it not for playing
