You need bypass to run this script

Installation

Put the xTwisteDx files/folders in the Arma OA directory.

If you use AJ or VA menu or have a DayZMenu.ini text file - Edit the contents to

[Scripts]
Default=xTwisteDx\menu.sqf
Key=45

How To Use

Hit Insert and then you see Toggle Keymenu Hit:Mouse 3

F1=Open Menu 1
Spacebar=Open Menu 2

you can google it, you will surely find some sites.

I am xTwisteDx and this one is waaaaaaaay outdated and I suggest you don't use it. Your more than welcome to though but I warn you that it won't be worth it but for a week tops. Extremely detected.
