vmware problem

well i have installed the vmware and its work perfecly with afk in game but i have a problem my pc have 16 gb of ram and i want to run 6 virtuals pc but when i try it the cpu of my pc get at 100% and its very laggy.
so, my question is someone knows a trick to do that the virutals use less cpu, or freeze the machine with cf open and keep playing , or something like that.
i have teamviewer if someone can help me

try to run less virtual machines....because you get very laggy when you have to many open...
