Microsoft Visual Studio is an IDE which by definition also contains a compiler.

you ask for some help so maybe you should try to take the help being provided.
Saltine is a seasoned coder as well as 2 other members that have tried to help
MSVC++ has the IDE with a built in compiler.
and unless you plan on writing your own code from scratch most of the surces here wont
compile on code blocks. damnnear everyone here uses MSVC++ except @Departure hes like the god of delphi

I understand this of course, I was simply stating what was going on, I am taking the help provided. Nice to see someone is looking out for me though.
