Turn your cs:go to not update!

To get rid of the issues when if you are wondering if it got updater or something like that. Just do this and it will be much simpler, it will say update required and it won't update until you want it to.

Do the following

1: Launch steam
2: Go to library
3: Right click on CS:GO
4: The properties
5: From there go to updates
6: Change from "Always keep this game up to date" to "Do not automatically update this game"
7: Then close it and you don't need to worry if the game has updated or not so you can know when to come here to see what hack don't work anymore or is risky.

I have to agree, the only thing this will prevent is you moving forward.
Or you to use a hack for just a little longer (Note: It will still get you banned)

I'm pretty sure you can't even play online if you do this.
