i doubt its gonna be in 2015 since they're releasing the Tegra 4 this year and the Shield has it, so maybe they gonna release it by the end of the year or the beginning of the next one

pretty awesome but I think it will just be something that will have a massive launch and then people will forget about it very soon after :L
