and when i press and go to my desktop everything is slow and lags i even setup a new windows but its the same.

Backup your shit into a external HDD.
If the Laptop is still in guarantee take it to them they will replace the disk.
If not your gonna to have to shell out 90$ for a new laptop HDD.
Because it seems your HDD is slowly dying and that cant be fixed.

It even fucking tells you what to do: Immediately back-up your data and replace your hard disk drive.
