Help fast please

So, Recently I got Halo Combat Evolved to play at school.

I put a password on the entire file so if the principal found out he could never get in it to have "evidence"

But there is one problem,

I cannot change the Icon of the Halo application.

So if a teacher walks by and we Alt+Tab

They might see a little halo dude icon on the task bar. And I need to change that shit fast lol.

How do I do this?

Right click, properties, shortcut, change icon at the bottom.

can't you right click the .exe and change the icon picture? Or you might have to create a shortcut, change the icon on the shortcut, and start running that.

Didn't work, after that it wouldn't launch the game because vorbisfile.exe was "missing" even though it was right under it lmao

so you did make a shortcut? Make sure you find the exact .exe and create a shortcut for it, then change the icon.

Thats what I did.

I right clicked the Halo Game Icon, clicked create shortcut.
Then I changed the Icon on the shortcut and moved the original file to a misc file inside the complete folder

But it didn't work (shrug)

change it to another place like documents?

put your thumb over the icon while you play. best solution

Or better yet, prop up a book or something underneath the monitor as if you're reading it or something. Honestly, it's not a huge risk.

Ah yes, I recall my days of playing Wolfenstein ET and Halo with the whole class in computer rooms. Even other classes too. Our teacher let us though so long as our work was done. And it wouldnt really matter if you changed the icon or not if the school has a half competent IT guy working.

On my phone now, we really should have a mpgh mobile app because I have to zoom in on shit lol
Anyways, its a drafting class and we don't have books for that
I put a NDA and shit in the file so I guess I'm safe from blame lol.
I like the password shit I put on it preety cool :y
I just want to change this, so ima get on this weekend and figure it out. I'm also going to make more maps for all of us to play on during class lmao

Possibly all the shit you put on it fucked up with creating your shortcut?
