failed to load local version
As the title says every time i open cf it tells me failed to load local version

1) download this - Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily, Forced Uninstall
2) use it to uninstall cf
3) reinstall cf
4) ???
5) profit

i don't have the source of cf i cant download another 800 megabytes it will take forever in egypt no other solution ?
