Insert is the key. If it doesn't work for you, you're probably missing a requirement.
It should be insert, and if it doesn't show up then try to download .net framework 4.

Download the lastest version on D3D and make sure your Not using Xp or windows 8

net framework 4
microsoft visual c++ 64 or 32 bit
msvcr100.dll and msvcr100d.dll and put them in crossfire folder
