So what is the problem? your login screen wont load? prob has something to do with your computer or internet connection, you can try to reinstall the game, and clean your computer with CCleaner, but other then that I don't know how to fix this.

Log into the AVA website and send AERIA a ticket to change your password............... Don't post it here it's not a MPGH problem.

But I can't send AERIA ticket as I live in Russia . Russia banned for playing in the ava . so I illegally decided to play it by changing the ip through the hotspot shield . And if I send aeria ticket then they shall know that I am from Russia!I'm Sorry for my English I don't really know him well!
