Error Disabling the Guard SOLVED!

after all the measures i've done..
which i can say was a bit out of this world.
though i learned a bit more about soft wares in the process..

i manage to solve my problem by a very simple solution..

i downloaded netframework 4.0
and repair my already installed netframework 4.0..

then it works =)

im so dumb not to check the obvious first.. *lessons learned.
