Hmm must be a custom script, unless is he spawning battle ships or cherno hotels? If it's either of those you have to restart the server and IP ban him.

it spawned alot of cherno hotels everywhere on the map and in the database (sql) there in the objects table but when you delete them they come back on server restart only i was in the server. somehow the scripts saves the building in the sql and cant be deleted
