uhh, would dragon tales be considered anime?

i wached prince of tenis all 178 epesodes and the 3 live action movies and the all 2 ova movies
then OVA prince of tenis nationals started then ppl who even subed it got so bored like me and quit
but the last epesode ova national 8 or 9 dont rember it was supper fuuny the word tenis was being beeped out and some other nasty suff i dont remeber i was to high cant rember anything but it was fuuny as hell

2. Full Metal Alchemist
3. Gundam (all of them)
4. Trigun
5. D.N. Angel
6. Fruit Baskets
lolz... now here are my top 3 when i was like the age of 5- 12
1. Drangonball Z,Gt
