0x30D1D5 - 0x198 = 0x30D03D

So add 0x198 to the address your logger is giving you.
If i were you though, id find a new pattern.

Go read dakr54 tutorial on finding patterns.
It does not take long to find a usable pattern.

I didn't know thats how you were writing it.
Why subtract 0x180, just to add 0x198?

You log should look like this
Writelog("#define ByPass 0x%X",ByPass - CShell + 0x18);
