U must have a 18+ account, when u registered.
choose a server, and click the * located at the top right corner.
Now, thumb through the tabs and find Bloodshed or whatever, and click On.

i turn it off because when many players it makes lagg 
i know a way for blood without an 18+ acount..
go to the combat arms folder
then go to the map called Profiles
then open Player.txt
press Ctrl + F and type: Gore
it will look like this:
Gore: 0
and change it into: Gore: 1
make sure there is a space between : and 1
and there you go

They encrypted the stuff in player.txt..
