MSVCR100.dll problem

As the title says I get MSVCR100.dll problem how do I fix it? I have 64 bit just give me link to what to download.

What do you exactly mean? If I may ask.

Program cant start because of MSVCR.100DLL IS MISSING ON THE COMPUTER

I also downloaded 2010 version both 64/32 bit but didn't work.
