CF EU Can't Access!

I used hot shield but the fu.cking thing keeps having errors. I want to see how good CF EU is since everyone talks about the higher stakes of winning something. Does anyone have a IP changer so I can access CF EU (I live in U.S. West Coast) PM link or tell me here.

Step 1: Download Google Chrome
Step 2: Go to hidemyass.comⓘ and get a EU IP
Step 3: Change your Google Chrome IP to the EU one

cf eu is awesome!

i think even with a diff IP it wont work maybe a account made in 2010
