Help with a script to add to Rustler's menu?

Hi, I was just wondering how to add scripts to rustler's menu, and also how to create one. I couldn't find a way to spawn medical supplies through rustler's (if there's a way can you please tell me how). Thanks a bunch!

If you klick on own scripts in the Menu it says: "Cannot Find /scr/something/something/name.sql just add your script there.
