quick question

i just moved to work this summer and iam i n the middle of nowwhere in northern ontario and iam on satilite internet and web browsing is good speed but warrock laggs so much i know i have high ping i used to play CCs and always get kicked from high ping

so is there any way i can lower my ping?

when i play wr i end all other programs and CLOSE explorer.exe it just runs smoother.

Either get an new internet connection, Or close any programs that could greatly use your bandwidth. Such as torrents, P2P Transfers, Downloads etc.

Notice this: Less than 30 min also includes not playing at all.

Either get a connection or pick a server closest to your region.

More people would enter the question if there wasn't a poll in it.

Check out your net usage via taskmanager and look at your net usage. Then ask around if anyone else might be downloading anything. If your usage is low, and there aren't many peeps on then you gotta get a new ISP.

i said less than 30 bc i dont play everyday.. but on days i do play about 1-3 hours avrg.

I don't know of any program to reduce ping, it's hardware and connection controlled. Besides, with your "I don't believe in AV" attitude, it's liable to be a moot point before too long.
