Change the Design
Swap the buttons for labels

Well, tab controls might be better. Or multiple forms like I did.

So after you click "Search Contacts" it will open up form2 where you can search the contacts

Be sure to put it under the "advanced" menu because 65% of users will be mystified by the words 'sql' and 'flatfile'. 
Aesthetically there is a whole philosophy as to why things look good: start w/ some colors and better horizontal/vertical alignments and common (or ratios) button sizes, fonts, images (background, of contact?) etc.
Functionally it looks ok. Maybe store more info for the contacts? Optional 'safe backup' to a cloud/server? Integrate with social networking sites? Maybe ways to contact the contact

example:
1. ill search the name
2. when it found the name
3. it will automatically put the details of the name into the textboxes
Pls. help im really trying to find this out..but with no luck or not enough knowledge i can't seem to find out.
