Looking for web coder/developer.

I am looking for a web developer who will partner with us to make a gaming server list website. We would need an estimate price for all the costs and then figure out a design for the webiste. We would like to be able to ping to test if the gaming servers were online along with the amount of players, and for minecraft servers, use Votifier.

They have easy to use tools to make the website you want, as for Minecraft I don't know much about that.
