Ok i got banned @-MAJ
But if i use the term "Please press [Download and thanks] for my hard work"
Would i get banned?

Nope. If it's a release and you're saying "press thanks!" then I'm pretty sure it is OK. If it isn't a release then that's a different story.

Also i saw your injector thread was deleted because of fake virus scans and that's another reason to be banned.

BACKD00R deleted my thread and it said something about No misusing/soliciting forum rewards, including on yourself. (However putting along the lines of "Rep/Thank me if I helped you" is acceptable) (3 Day Ban) but i stated Please click [Download and Thanks] for my hardwork :P

You misinterpret the rule. If a file is actually malicious and someone puts on a virus scan which shows the file is clean, but when you actually scan the file then it turns out as malicious.

I'm going to lift your ban. I remember Dave/Liz (one of them did, can't remember) saying that if it's a release then soliciting for thanks can be done (obviously to a certain extent, if you spam PLZPLPZLZPZLZPZLZPLZPZLZPZLZPZLZPZLPZLZPZLZPZZLZPZ LZPZLZPZLZPZZLZPLZ thank my post then I guess that's bannable).
