Servers lagging?

Crossfire on my computer (host and VMs) Lags like crazy. I tried logging out and logging back in but after I press the login button my client just freezes and the only functional button is the exit one. Has anybody else got the same problems?

Yeah same, sometimes i can get to the server selection but that always times out
