MQ and DF are totally different from Aqw. It's not that easy, especially if you just started, from what you told me. Also, Mystical, Rusty, and Datapaw were said to have tried to do this. And they are one of the top coders in AQW hacking history. But if you do find it, make a tutorial.

They can only take you to court if you steal someones credit card info, or by making an exact copy of AQW and profitting from that. But hacking membership ill give you a payment issue ban.
