[ Help ] help me please , i have two problems.

I cant run the console i dont know why , i clicked " ` " and didn't work ...
I went in options , i clicked default and again ... didn''t work.

secound problem is :
-textmode -nosound -noipx -novid -nopreload -nojoy -sw -maxplayers 2 +sv_lan 1 +map "itemtest"
i put this in proprieties and now i cant play tf2 , how can i delete this ??? because turn me on console

First problem:
Is it enabled in the advanced options? What is "didn't work"? Didn't appear?

Second problem:
You trolling or what? Just go to the properties and delete them by selecting on the text field and pressing "backspace".
