Get Past Proxy

Hey all gamers, I know a Program that let you get past proxy like when you're at school then you can play for example WOW and its called FrozenWay but the speed is not the best

is there anyother ways to do so?

I recommend using cloud slicer which is a website where u enter the URL and it gets past the security.
I remember using this in school and high school but stopped doing it in uni.
