It used to be that Steam couldn't VAC ban you for doing this, as their bot doesn't/didn't pick up LUA coding. Can they catch you and ban you VAC or globally NOW?

try ihop_toggle it should toggle the BHOP

I'm gonna guess you mean ingame, use aliases.
Example.

Put it in your autoexec.cfg

bind "key" "alias"
alias "aliasname" "command/alias"
