Hey, just got banned for reason : Spam.

Not really a big thing to get banned for when i can get warning or anything else ( just suggesting not telling staff wat to do )

No need for a warning. You have a history of doing stuff like this. It's only a one day ban, so be patient and wait till you're unbant. After that try not to post off topic/spam and start conflicts.
