Need fast Help!!

I just formatted my computer. It's lagging like FUCK!!! All I installed is google chrome. When I scroll down pages (Other than facebook) it lags while going down. When I move open windows (For example My computer or any other thing), lags while moving. Also when I press @ from its original place (Which is above number 2) it gives my quotation marks. I searched google for anything yet never found any solution. So can anyone please help me?

I thought formatting was the solution for that

It was a bit too messy to read, is this occurring everywhere in your computer? Such as browsing directories and the like, or just the web?
What browser are you using and so forth, need more concrete information than what you gave.

Downloaded google chrome??? then delete it and just download mozilla.

@Gray occurs with everything including browsers. I am using google chrome atm cus it's the best I can find. @Xiolest either say something useful or get out please.

I forgot this thread, sorry.

Sounds like you might've gotten a touch of trojan or the like.
You should probably do a defrag, CCleaner clean the pc and then run a (good) Antivirus scan along with updating your video drivers.

After all that, and it still doesn't work. Come back then.
Also kind of sound like a mem-leak.

Oh and about the button output change, your windows changed the windows language config for the keyboard, it does that sometimes.
Fix it by trying to press ALT+SHIFT at the same time.

Feel you man, I reformatted my computer 4 times in one week, a whole lot of bullshit.

I don't know any solution to this except reformat.
If you could tell ur PC specs and your OS I would apreciate. Cuz maybe your hardware could be messed up :/ dunno.

Has it been resolved yet?
