Guess what, It finished! BUT now it gets stuck on Step 2 and doesnt go any further and freeze T.T any soluction besides reinstalling it cause i already do it and dont want to get same patching issue plesae

It won't update for one of my friends either. I don't know his problem is but he has windows8

Try this but might not work: go your z8games/crossfire folder and try running CF_Patcher in Admin mode. it worked for me before when had patching issues

Edit: draged and dropped selfupdate and patcher to a new folder and it tells me failed to load url version.ini. when i open patcher. when i opened selfupdate on admin mode it did nothing, nothing appeared like i didnt do any action.
