Combat Arms Crashes After " Version Checking "

I start up the game, Then it says version checking and crashes right after. Ive tried to run as admin, Ive tried to re-install but it dosnt run. So I have to delete everything and then install through steam. But you can only link 1 account per steam so....

delete the version.ini in the folder then start up the game...

You have downloaded the game from a mirror or with nexon downloader ?

test to restart the pc or reinstall the game
