Question about the rules

Question about the rules
After reviewing the rules a few times I'm unsure if this is prohibited or not.
Am I allowed to "donate" rep to people just because I feel like it.

i.e. Making a thread saying that I will rep.
(Feeling generous)

i think begging for rep or anything like that is prohibited, not sure if telling people your going to rep them falls under that category.. but you could always just go into random threads and thank who ever you want and rep who ever you want :3

I don't see why not , it doesn't fall under the "No misusing/soliciting forum rewards, including on yourself.​" Rule.

Would making a raffle for it be considered mis-use?

I don't think so. It seems fine to me, as you are not abusing it for specific people, nor helping yourself. Seems fine.

I guess I'll try, worst case scenario, I get banned for a few days.
But as I'm not using it for myself I hope it wont be long.
